General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.lalunecramoisie.com. By placing an order on our website, you unconditionally accept these GTC.

2. Purpose
These GTC define the terms under which [Your Company Name] sells its handcrafted and custom-made products to its customers via the Website. They govern all stages of ordering, payment, and delivery of the products.
3. Products
The products offered for sale on our website are handcrafted creations made by the business owners. The materials used in the manufacture of the products are detailed on each item's product page, including descriptions and photographs. 4. Ordering
4.1 Placing an Order
The order is considered firm and final as soon as the customer validates it by clicking the "Validate my order" button after having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Order Confirmation
Once the order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the customer to confirm receipt of their order and a summary of the selected products. This does not mean that the order has been definitively accepted. The contract is only formed when the customer receives an email indicating that their order has been shipped or is ready for pickup (for example, in the case of in-person pickup).
5. Prices and Payment Terms
5.1 Prices
Product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery charges are shown separately during order confirmation.
5.2 Payment
Orders are paid for using the following payment methods: Credit card. The customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method. The order is shipped within one week of payment confirmation.
6. Custom Manufacturing and Lead Times
6.1 Custom Products
Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, any order for a custom product (personalized, adapted, or specifically designed according to the customer's requests) is considered a made-to-order contract. Once the order is confirmed, the customer agrees that the product manufacturing process will begin immediately, which excludes their right of withdrawal (see article 7.2).
6.2 Manufacturing and Delivery Times
Manufacturing and delivery times are specified by email when the order is placed. These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the order. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be notified by email.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 General Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product is not personalized or custom-made.
7.2 Custom-Made Products
Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Consequently, once the order has been confirmed, the customer cannot cancel the order or return a custom-made product.
7.3 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by contacting us by email at atelier.lunecramoisie@gmail.com or by sending a registered letter to the company address mentioned in the introduction to these Terms and Conditions. Returned products must be in their original condition and unused. In the event of a breach of these conditions, any claim for a refund is automatically void. In this case, La Lune Cramoisie will offer the customer the option of paying the return shipping costs to retrieve their product. In the event of refusal, La Lune Cramoisie reserves the right to keep the product without issuing any refund whatsoever.
8. Delivery
8.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver worldwide. Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering based on the delivery address. All our shipments are insured against loss, theft, and damage.
8.2 Delivery Delays
In the event of a delivery delay, we will do our best to inform the customer as soon as possible and find a solution. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers, weather conditions, etc.).
8.3 Receiving Products
The customer must check the condition of the products upon receipt. In the event of a damaged or defective product, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report the problem and request a replacement or refund. Evidence will be required.
9. Warranty and Defective Products
All our products are guaranteed against hidden defects and manufacturing flaws. If a product has a manufacturing defect (it will first be verified that it is not due to misuse by the customer), the customer can contact us to arrange a return and obtain a refund or replacement. This does not apply to custom-made products, although we remain fully available to try to resolve the issue as best we can.
10. Protection of Personal Data
The information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order processing (delivery management, invoicing, etc.). It is processed in accordance with our [insert link to category].
